Barbara, We have just reached a point where we are settled into our new home and I wanted to write and thank you again for everything Monarch Properties did for us with the two real estate transactions you handled! After using Monarch Properties as a “Buyers Broker” I have to say that the services you provided were invaluable in the complex acquisition process, especially since we did most of it remotely from our summer home in New York. The extensive market knowledge, relationships with other Brokers in the area, database of key vendors and assistance with every step of the transaction made it significantly easier than doing it ourselves.
